Vacation Rental

We are right on the beach, and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, beach equipment & bike rentals.  A large grocery store is within walking distance.  The bay is 1 1/2 blocks away.

There is a wonderful ocean breeze usually and temperatures can easily be moderated by opening windows or doors. A security screen door allows for West to East cross breeze for your comfort and safety.  A window air conditioner is available for the Master bedroom.  Portable fans and ceiling fans also will keep you comfortable.  Ceiling heat and an electric fireplace can keep any chill away.

Accessibility features include ADA carpet and tile, wider doorways, handicap bars near toilet and in shower/tub, built in shower seat, handheld shower.  Toilet seat riser is available upon request.  Our condo is well lit.  It is easily accessible with an elevator.

Our new Blu-Ray DVD player is available and it also streams Netflix (with your login) and YouTube.  You can also connect your device with optional HDMI cable. 

All linens are provided.  Fully stocked kitchen pots, pans, utensils, small appliances, etc.
